True to its name, the Spaghetti Squash allows you to grow your own spaghetti noodles! This bright yellow squash is great to use as a healthy, tasty replacement for “noodles” in various meals. Pale-yellow fruit is the usual elongated oval shape, reaching 2-3 pounds each. The flesh is fine-grained and tasty. The vines do well being trellised and are very prolific!
