Shipping

We ship seeds for one flat rate regardless of weight and qty. Seeds are shipped via First Class USPS with a tracking number in a padded envelope to protect your purchase. Our shipping envelopes are compostable and recyclable. 

Plants start shipping at the end of April/May after our climate has warmed up enough

We continuously sow seeds and transplant year-round but please keep in mind that your entire order may not be ready all at the same time and is not considered ready until most or all of the items are available. 

If a plant variety is out of stock, we will substitute it for another variety that is the closest we have available. If you do not want substitutions please put that in the note section at check out.


If you have a specific timeline that you need your plants by it is best to contact us BEFORE ordering so we can give you a better timeline.

If your order includes both seeds and plants when it is too cold to ship plants, they will arrive separately.

Live plants are sent USPS Priority with tracking. 

We will hold plant orders until temperatures are reasonable, typically late April-November (WEATHER PREMITTING).

  • USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.
  •  Please note that we fill our orders from multiple locations, therefore items may deliver to you in separate shipments.

Order delays may occur when inclement weather is impacting our nursery location, our shipping carriers, or our production vendors.  These delays help us protect your plant order to ensure it is received at its highest quality

We pack and ship orders in the order that they are placed.

We have a 10% restocking fee for all orders canceled after 48 hours.

We are now offering year-round shipping (except live plants). 

If an item is out of stock, we will refund it. (excludes plants)

International Customers (except Canada)
Shipping to international locations may take 6-8 weeks. You are responsible for all customs/other importation fees & taxes. International customers are responsible for checking local regulations for importing seeds. We do not offer phytosanitary certificates. 
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot live plants outside the U.S.
WE NO LONGER SHIP TO THE EUROPEAN UNION, CHILE OR AUSTRALIA. 

 

ANY ORDERS RETURNED TO US- We will notify the customer and if the order was of non-perishable items, we will re-ship them for the price of postage. Any plant orders that are returned to us are non-refundable and will not be reshipped
