Tomato: Cherokee Green
This variety is very flashy with its emerald epidermis that is covered with golden amber when fully ripe. Green beef meat, full and juicy. Rich, sweet, and slightly acidic flavor, that is well balanced. Vines are hardy and have good disease resistance. They are about 6 feet tall and produce plenty of fruits. Tomatoes are in clusters of 3-5. The Cherokee Green is also special because it ripens early at just 70 days. They weigh about six ounces. Variety originating in the USA, developed by Craig LeHoullier in North Carolina in 1997.
