Herb, Dill: Bouquet
Bouquet dill reaches a mature height of just 24 inches, although it is a vigorous grower that produces abundant seeds, foliage, and showy yellow flowers. It is an early blooming variety, forming its deeply aromatic, 6-inch-wide flower umbels in spring. The large flower umbels make it ideal for organic dill seed production, but it is also grown for its edible foliage, and its showy umbels are also used as cut flowers! Bouquet dill is grown primarily for seed production. Usually reseed themselves.
