As stunning as Romanesco Italia but a classy cream color. The name translates to Cauliflower of Jesi because it hails from Jesi Italy. The compact plants produce a medium-sized white head. Excellent quality. The most commonly grown as a gourmet white cauliflower in Italy. Also known as Snail Cauliflower because it resembles a shell.
