Tomato: Pink Beefsteak
This variety is legendary for its exceptionally rich, succulent flavor. Large, slightly ribbed, pink/rose fruits have creamy smooth flesh and grow to 1 ½ lbs. Vines grow tall, so they require support. Known for their distinctive potato-leaf foliage. An Amish heirloom since 1885. Blight resistant. It is very close to the Classic Red Beefsteak but is less acidic.
