Tomato: Phil's Two

Phil’s Two is a very wild-looking but stunning tomato! Single seed locules are often completely separated and each fruit looks like it is made with a few fruits combined together. Irregular, small to medium, 4oz., sized fruits are very deeply ribbed, have meaty flesh, and sweet flavor with a nice acidic aftertaste.  It has green flesh and yellow skin. The compact plants grow up to about 5' tall. Kids’ gardens, market farmers, and all growers who love to step out of the ordinary will feel the gravitational pull of this extra-terrestrial tomato! Philippe Rommens, a tomato breeder from France, pulled characteristics from Reisetomate, or Traveller tomato, to create this one-of-a-kind variety.
