Tomato: Black Zebra

The Black Zebra is a natural cross between the Green Zebra and an unknown black tomato and we are very grateful to Mother Nature for it. Its skin is mahogany with vertical jagged, deep-green, and gold streaks. Its flesh is solid mahogany and its flavor is exceptionally rich and complex, with hints of smoke and sweetness indicative of its black tomato parentage. The plants stay on the shorter side but are vigorous, abundant producers with good disease resistance and drought tolerance.
